[My Lord,] Give Muhammad generously,
the greatest creation
'Taha', The Inspired, Noble Prophet
رباه زدنا في الحبيب محبة ... أنعم علينا بالهدى الرباني
My Lord, Increase our love for the beloved [Prophet]..
Bestow upon us your divine guidance
فالله قد خص الأنام بأحد ... مفي نور إهداء من الحنانِ
Allah sent Ahmad especially for his creatures
[As a] gift of light from the tender (Allah SWT)
فاستبشرت كل الخلائق وارتجت ... ما انهل من نور العظيم الشانِ
So all the creatures rejoiced and were moved
at the effluence of Allah's great light
نور أضاء العالمين بمولد ... فيه السعادة أشرقت بتهانِ
A birth whose radiance illuminated the worlds
in which happiness did gladly rise
و الشرك أظلم و انزوى بتعاسة
لمّا استبانت بهجة الإيمانِ
Shirk* has fallen into darkness and been caste aside
When the Joy of Faith became clear
والكون هلل بالبشارة معلنا
ميلاد نبع البر والإحسانِ
All existence cheerfully brought glad tidings, announcing
the birth of the source of Obedience and Benevolence
أنت المتمم للبناء و خاتما
للمرسلين وزينة البنيانِ
You are the completion of the building, and a conclusion
to the Messengers, and the decoration
يشتاق قلبي للصلاة على النبي
طها الحبيب بلهفة الظمآنِ
My heart is thirsty to Pray
that Mercy and Blessings be upon the Prophet
'Taha' the beloved
إن الصلاة على الرسول وسيلتي
لأنال برد العفو و الغفرانِ
Praying for the Prophet is my method..
of gaining [Allah's] Forgiveness and the Wiping of my Sins
هي نبض روحي و ابتهاج سريرتي
وذاب همي وانجلاء أحزانِ
It's the life of my Soul and my internal joy,
And the end of my grief and the end of my sorrow
وبشائر الآيات تنطق بالندى
إذ حل فينا سيد الأكوانِ
And the glad Tidings of the Signs speak with tenderness:
The Owner of all existence has sent [a messenger] unto us!
أنعم علينا يا كريم بمنحة
نحيا بها في روضة بجنانِ
O Generous One (Allah)
grant us to live in a Paradise of Gardens
واشرح صدور المؤمنين لسنة
فيها الصلاح علا مدى الأزمانِ
Open up the Hearts of the beleivers to his Way of Life
containing Goodness lasting throughout the Ages
وحد صفوف المسلمين بهمة
نرقى بها بحبوحة اطمئنانِ
Unite the ranks of the muslims with an earnest
with which we can ascend to reassurance
فلقد حباك الله أعظم رفعة
بكلام سدرت منتهى رضوانِ
Allah has raised you to a High Position
That you tell us about Paradise
صلى الإله على الحبيب وآله
بصلاة حمد طاهر الأركانِ
May God bestow
upon the Beloved and his People
Mercy and pure Blessings
